COLLECTION OFFICERS (ARABIC SPEAKING)

A leading Debt Collection Company in Qatar is looking for Collection Officers to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
Target-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Good computer knowledge
Valid QID with transferable visa (preferred)

Responsibilities:
Contact customers to recover outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve overdue accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Salary: 3k-4K + Incentive
